Price Cemetery is one of the oldest in Marion County and is located about 1.5 miles southeast of Otley near the Park Hills Housing Development on land farmed by Joe Rempe.  It's a large cemetery (about 150 graves) and contains the burial places of some of the county's first pioneers--the Prices, Donnells, Karrs, and Wilsons.

The MCPCC is working on Price as part of its 2013-14 agenda. The entire fence, which was in bad repair, was ripped out and replaced, and signage was put on the front of the cemetery. Approximately 75 stones are needing repair, and 40 of those have been finished. 

 

Price Cemetery is truly being restored into the beautiful cemetery it once was!
