Walters Cemetery is in Knoxville Township Section 34 Township 75 Range 19, at 1832 165th Avenue, Knoxville.  The parcel number is 0841600100. It is located about 1/2 mile east of Hwy. 5 and 1/4 mile south of Hwy. G62, or 1 mile west of Pershing.

The cemetery is accessed through a farm field owned by LMJ Farms and is easily seen from all directions. About 18 gravestones are present, almost all of which are restored.  The unfenced site is mowed when the crops are out.  Named after Conrad and Sarah Walters, the original owners of the land, this cemetery was not too long ago in timbered and pastured land which has now been cleared out for row crops.  The cemetery remains in the middle.

This cemetery was fenced in April 2016 by the MCPCC.
